News From Howland Homestead Farm: The string is broken! Artemis, Howland Homestead's herd Matriarch, had her ninth calf on 4/12/05, a healthy bull. What is newsworthy about the event is that it was Artemis' first bull calf after producing eight consecutive heifer calves.
